If I was the manager of a store, I would give about 3 warnings to that worker who is constantly late and is unmotivated when working. If the worker continues to be like that and had not change the attitude to a positive one then I would have a group vote if that worker should be fired or not. The leadership style that I think I will use is Democratic Leadershipbecause I leave it up to the group to decide whether or not that worker should be fire and if the majority says yes then the worker would be fired.
