Do you think this Women Has her facts Correct? How do You Think the World Would Change if Women had more Leadership Roles?

The women's fact were pretty true but there is probably more percentage than 15% of the woman who were at the top. More men than women are more successful in their career, and some does it better, but in that case, most women may not have tried their best. If women has more leadership roles, then it would prove that not just men can do things, maybe some women can discover something new. They are in fact more organizer than men and they can keep things clean, tidy and neat.
