It shows that there are few millionaires that actually went out there and sleep on the street along with the rest of those who needed jobs or have a really low income. Before this picture was taken, we would think that no millionaire would care for this situation because it does not applies to them in money, they won't lose their high income nor their jobs so it does not matter to them. Now that this picture has been taken, we know there are some that cares.
